Thats just strange!! Great pic Bobby! Have a good time in San Diego!!
Hey, Bobby, I loved this podcast, very inspirational. I've recently started freelancing, after wanting to do it for many years (I'm 32, so it really is many years) and have all sorts of responsibilities (wife and two kids) but I'm going for it, and I'm loving it. I'm not the kind of person that freaks out much, I'm usually pretty calm, but there can be moments when you wonder when the next job is gonna come in. But I've ALWAYS been an artist, and I've always wanted to be in control of my own destiny, so I NEED to take this freelancing opportunity by both hands and run with it.
The freelancing was actually forced on me, I didn't initiate it. But you know what, I believe I did initiate it, as it's something I've wanted to do for as long as I can remember, and if you want something badly enough, it will happen, whether you're prepared or not. I lost a job I was working at for four years (and always complained about) and struggled to find further work for a couple of months, but I eventually got a freelance job, which I hoped would be permanent, but wasn't. And then I got another freelance job after that and I realised that I'm doing what I've always wanted to do and I must put all of my energy in to it, and I'm having a great time.
And now I even have more time to do the art that I want to do, and have even started a sketch blog so that I can keep up with my drawing, which I LOVE doing.
So thank you for this podcast, I really enjoyed it, and found it to be very inspirational.
Take care,
Kevin
