Warm up sketches
Here's some warm up sketches from this morning...
Can you guess the movie? I wasn't concentrating on caricaturing but more about simplifying my brush strokes so it might be hard to guess.

Hey Bobby,
Very cool to read your account of the Totoro Forest Project, and John Lasseter no less! awesome.
I love the sketches! I'm not sure what movie they're from, but I feel like I've seen it before. They definitely look familiar.
Soooooo Cooool!!!
I have no clue what movie this is. Its an old black and white one for sure... but I'm not that old.
Great warm ups my friend!
Maltese Falcon?
This is really cool, I love the light. Your inspire me to do my own warm up sketches. I should do it more often.
The old man from the bottom left looks familiar, and the one from the bottom right? Maybe Fred Astaire from Easter Parade?, I dunno?
PS: We have missed you guys at the subway sketching.
