Purchase and Refund Policy
Imaginism Studios will process on the same business day all purchases made through ImaginismStudios.com between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in the province of Ontario and in Canada. All purchases made outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. Additionally, you will receive an email mailing confirmation from our Purchasing Department confirming your order and stating a time and date of shipping.
It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that the information in the mailing confirmation sent to you is correct and accurate. Any corrections to your order must be communicated to purchasing@imaginismstudios.com before the stated shipping date and time. Failure to do so will imply your acceptance and agreement that all information communicated in the mailing confirmation is correct and you accept responsibility for the goods upon shipping.
Purchases cancelled prior to the shipping date and time will be refunded in full. After shipment, refunds will only be provided upon the return of goods in unused, undamaged condition at the purchaser’s expense.
